The Back of the Yards Neighborhood Council (BYNC) would like to announce that, effective December 31, 2026, BYNC will no longer serve as the service provider for Special Service Area #7 (SSA #7).

Following December 31, 2026, SSA #7 will be dissolved, and BYNC will no longer administer programs, provide services, or manage activities associated with the Special Service Area.

We appreciate the opportunity to have served the SSA #7 area and its businesses and community throughout our tenure as the service provider.
