The Christmas season is the most wonderful time of year! It’s a time of love and laughter with family and friends; children are excited to open their gifts. During these hard times, it is even more important to bring happiness to our community. The BYNC wants to be part of this joyous time in bringing cheer to children in the community by giving them the first toy of Christmas.
To accomplish this goal, the BYNC puts together a yearly Toy Drive Campaign to collect donations and toys. This year we want to give over 2,000 toys to children in the Back of the Yards neighborhood. Many families are going through the hardship of the pandemic, it’s more important to us to lend a hand and bring joy to the children with a gift from the BYNC.
We can only accomplish our goal with your generosity today on #GivingTuesday. Help us deliver gifts to our community in the Back of the Yards by joining the movement and giving back. With the support of people like you, we will be able to make a big impact on the lives of our beloved Back of the Yards children. Between now and December 19th, the BYNC will work with schools, local businesses, and other community organizations to help identify children in need.
