Special Service Area 10, has once again initiated a grant program for small businesses within the Back of the Yards Retail District boundaries to help mitigate the economic downturn caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.  The Small Business Economic Relief Grant (SBERG) is a one-time disbursement of funds to assist independently owned businesses with operating expenses such as payroll, rent or mortgage, and utilities, etc.

 

Eligible businesses will receive a one-time grant of $1,000.  Priority will be given to businesses who did not apply on the first round of SBERG back in June.
